📝 Eligibility for Return or Refund

We only accept return or refund requests if:

The book is damaged upon delivery

You received the wrong book

There was an issue caused by our mistake (e.g., printing defect, missing pages)

📅 Return Request Window

You must raise a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving the book. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Books returned without valid reason (as listed above)

Books returned in used or damaged condition (not caused by delivery or our mistake)
